Compared with sieve plates with round or square sieve holes, the sieve surface of rectangular sieve holes usually has a larger effective area, lighter weight and higher productivity, and is suitable for processing materials with higher moisture content, but the separation accuracy of screening is poor. .

Polyurethane sieve plate is a mesh product produced with polyurethane as raw material. The advantages of polyurethane sieve plate:
1. Good wear resistance: long service life, its wear resistance is 3-5 times that of steel sieve plates, and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plates.
2. Reduce the maintenance rate: The polyurethane screen plate is not easy to be damaged and has a long service life, so it can greatly reduce the amount of maintenance and the loss of shutdown and maintenance.

Low total cost: Although the polyurethane screen of the same specification (area) has a higher one-time investment (about twice) than the stainless steel screen, the service life of the polyurethane screen is 3-5 times that of the stainless steel screen, and the maintenance and replacement The number of times is small, so it is the best choice for economical application.
4.
