The use and precautions of ultracentrifugal mill
Ultracentrifugal grinder is a highly efficient instrument that can grind samples quickly. Based on its high-efficiency grinding technology and abundant accessories, it can ensure a very short time through the secondary grinding with the rotary knife-ring sieve system. Soft, hard, brittle, and fibrous samples can be dry-milled and frozen-milled.
How to use the ultracentrifugal grinder:
1. First lift up the coupling connecting the motor and the mashing rod, so that the mashing rod can be removed, take out the mashing cup, add the substances and solutions to be mashed into the mashing cup, and install it as it is. Cup and rod (the lower end of the rod is aligned with the axis) and cover the cup tightly.
2. Turn the speed control knob counterclockwise to the bottom position, turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, and then turn the speed control knob clockwise to the speed you need for homogenizing and stirring. High speed should be used when mashing plants. There is noise when mashing at high speed.
Precautions for the use of ultracentrifugal grinders:
1. The grinder must be properly grounded before use.
2. When working, the grinder should be placed on a flat and fastened table to prevent vibration movement. When mashing at high speed, press the lid of the cup with your hand.
3. When it is difficult for the coupling to slide up and down, one to two drops of oil should be injected to lubricate it. It is forbidden to smash hard substances such as bones and ore.
4. Please read the manual carefully before using the instrument, or go through professional instrument operation training and operate the instrument in the correct way of use.
5. Place the instrument in a dry and ventilated environment for use. Since the instrument is heavy, do not place the instrument on the test bench or use it in an unstable place. Wipe the instrument clean after each use.
6. Fix the fixture and adapter before turning on the grinding, and tighten the anti-skid screw. Symmetrical placement of samples ensures a balanced force on the grinding table.
7. The ground wire must be connected during operation, and proper attention should be paid during operation.
