Characteristics and influencing factors of vibrating screen
The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator causes the screen surface to generate plane whirling vibration, while the lower rotating weight causes the screen surface to generate conical surface rotation vibration, and the combined effect makes the screen surface generate compound whirling vibration. Its vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The curve is projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and as an ellipse on the vertical plane. Adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower rotating weights can change the amplitude. And adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the curve shape of the screen surface movement trajectory and change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
Advantages and disadvantages of vibrating screen: high efficiency, light weight, complete and diverse series, and many layers, which can meet the needs of dry material screening. For materials with high moisture content and adhesion, this model is not suitable. Vibration during operation makes the materials adhere more tightly to the screen surface, resulting in material congestion or forced shutdown. Due to the limitation of the working principle, the energy consumption of this model is relatively high, especially under the condition of large output. In addition, the working noise and dust are heavy.
Factors affecting the screening effect of vibrating screen:
1. The length and width of the screen surface, the length affects the screening accuracy, the longer the screen, the higher the screening accuracy, but there are limits. The width affects the screening output, and the wider the screen, the higher the output, but too wide will affect the screen structure.
2. The inclination angle of the screen surface, the greater the downward inclination angle of the screen surface, the faster the material discharge and the larger the output, but more fine materials are too late to be screened, and the precision will be reduced.
3. The aperture and sieve penetration rate of the screen. The larger the sieve hole, the greater the output, the higher the sieve penetration rate, the greater the output. In addition, the type of motor and the exciting force will also affect the screening effect.
