3. Grinding beads, this only needs to be selected according to the sample. It is not easy to be too large, and it is easy to break the tube; it is not easy to be too small, and the force is not enough, resulting in insufficient grinding.
4. Liquid nitrogen freezing treatment, pay attention to protection to avoid liquid nitrogen frostbite.
5. Place the EP tube in the adapter. When placing too much, pay attention to the balance. During the high-frequency oscillation process, if the grinder is not flat to the left and right, and the center column moves up and down, there will be offsets, which will affect the service life of the instrument, and there are potential safety hazards in the process of correct operation and use.
6. Install the adapter into the main shaft, fasten the lock and tighten the nut. Be sure to tighten the fastening nut. If it is not tightened, the adapter will impact up and down, which may easily cause a column column accident.
7. Set the parameters of the grinder. As long as you pay attention to this, the time should not be too long, such as half an hour, 1 hour.

5. The power switch light is on, but the display does not display.
It means that the display connector of the device is loose, please contact the after-sales personnel for maintenance.
6. During use, or after not using for a long time, after confirming that the power supply is correctly connected and the startup operation is correct, the device does not respond.
It means that the device has activated the self-protection function in the case of a short circuit, and you need to contact the after-sales personnel to replace the fuse.
7. The main shaft of the fixed adapter in the instrument is obviously loose or broken, or the internal parts of the instrument are faulty. Please contact our after-sales staff.
