Matters needing attention when using the sterile homogenizer:

(1) The power plug must be firmly inserted. If it is loose, it may affect the computer controller and cause a crash. If the crash occurs, please turn off the power switch on the rear side, and restart it after 3 minutes of shutdown.

(2) Please do not open the door of the homogenizer arbitrarily when the hammering plate is working to avoid overflow of the sample liquid. Press the "ON/OFF" button, the device will automatically stop running. When the door is closed, press the "Open/Stop" button again, and the device will automatically complete the rest of the work.

(3) If the instrument is not used for a long time, cut off the power supply and unplug it.

(4) The bottom of the homogenizer door is designed to be empty in order to prevent accidental rupture of the homogenizer bag and facilitate cleaning of spills. The bottom of the door is designed to be empty, and a water-receiving tray can be placed. Therefore, please do not insert your hand from the bottom when the instrument is running, so as not to hurt your fingers .

(5) Before the machine is running, please check whether there are foreign objects in the homogenizing box to avoid malfunction and damage to the homogenizing bag during operation.

(6) Hard lumps, bone-like and ice-like substances should not be used, so as not to damage the homogeneous bag.

(7) The storage of the instrument and the homogenizing bag should avoid direct sunlight, especially the homogenizing bag should be stored in a place without sunlight or ultraviolet rays to avoid aging.

(8) When the amount is small, when the speed needs to be increased, when the fiber of the homogeneous material is tough, the knob on the back of the high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer can be used to adjust the distance between the slap plate and the visual window to achieve a better homogeneous effect.

Maintenance of the instrument:

Use a clean rag to wipe the casing of the instrument and the hammering plate in the homogenizing box, especially after the homogenizing bag is damaged, it should be cleaned. Be sure to cut off the power supply when doing this work.

Instrument failure and troubleshooting:

(1) When the instrument does not run under the condition that the box door is tightly closed, if there is no display on the LCD screen, check whether the power supply is normally connected and whether the fuse is in good condition.

(2) The sound of the instrument is abnormal, check whether the connecting bolts and the hammer plate are loose. After long-term work, if the lubrication in the hammer rod and sleeve is dry, clean up and add new grease in time.
