In the ultrasonic working state, if there is a phenomenon of user over-temperature protection, you must first press ( ), and then press the SET or ENTER key to modify the tank temperature. Recovery setting after overcurrent protection (overcurrent protection indicates the user’s output power, and the setting is greater than the internal protection setting value of the instrument) When overcurrent protection occurs, the user can restore it by pressing the PR key (the output power of the ultrasound needs to be reduced after recovery). , otherwise overcurrent protection will continue to occur)

Precautions

1. The temperature protection set point must be more than 5°C higher than the room temperature or the sample temperature. When over-temperature protection occurs, the machine stops working.

2. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the horn is not inserted into the liquid (no load), otherwise the transducer or ultrasonic generator will be damaged.

3. The amount, time, and power of ultrasonic cell crushing for various cell crushing needs to be determined by the user according to various cells, and the optimal value is selected.

4. After a certain period of time, the end of the horn will be corroded by cavitation and become hairy. It can be smoothed with oil stone or a file, otherwise the working effect will be affected.

5. The machine does not need to be preheated, and it should be well grounded.

6. During ultrasonic fragmentation, the temperature of the liquid will rise rapidly due to the cavitation effect of ultrasonic cell fragmentation in the liquid. Users should pay more attention to the temperature of various cells. It is recommended to use multiple crushing in a short time (no more than 5 seconds each time), and an ice bath can be added for cooling at the same time. (It is recommended that ultrasound work for 1-2 seconds, with a gap of 2-3 seconds for placement)

7. This machine adopts switching power supply without power frequency transformer. Do not touch it after opening the generator casing to prevent electric shock. The performance of this instrument is reliable and generally not easy to be damaged.

8. The machine should be placed in a dry place without moisture, direct sunlight and corrosive gas.

Warning: During the working process, the power must be turned off before replacing the horn. After restarting, please re-select the transducer specification, otherwise the horn may be damaged.
